Chest pain

Hi, my name is Phil, I am only 16 and on february 6th i had my first very severe panic attack. For the past month i am currently panic attack free. But i was wondering i know anxiety cause chest pain, but when i play soccer or any other type of sport, i get SEVERE back pain and also i get severe pain on the left side of my chest and the chest pain shoots to the left side of my body around the side of the ribs area and one time my left arm from elbow to shoulder went a little bit numb. Does this have anything to do with my heart or is it just anxiety? Also i know what anxiety chest pain is like and this does not feel like it is the chest pain i get from my anxiety. Any comments or answers would be GREATLY appreciated!
