Chest pain after stent

I am a 53 yrs old female who had a non-coated stent implanted 07-28-08. About a week later was experiencing similar chest pain that drove me to the ER and a 2nd cath was done but the results were negative. I have been exercising (walking and rowing) along with watching diet. I've experienced occassional chest pain but for the most part have been pain free. About 2 weeks now, I have been experiencing chest discomfort and neck tension and sometimes shoulder discomfort. Sometimes the chest discomfort goes away after eating and the neck pain sometimes disapates after doing some neck exercises. I'm wondering if this could be related to taking plavix? I also take aspirin, metroprolol and lipitor. Ironically there is generally no chest discomfort during exercise. Anybody have anything similar?
