Chest pain & dizziness

I had been having chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, pain in the left arm and pressure with pain on the left side of the neck.  Also extreme fatigue.   I had started walking/running 5 miles 5 times a week with this all started.
After doing a EKG, ultrasound and a stress test (no dye), I was diagnosed with a prominent Eustachian Valve in R Atrium, Atrial Septal Aneurysm, Patent Foramen Ovale and Premature Heart Beat.  My Cardio says there is nothing to be concerned with and that I should take an aspirin a day.  I continued with the discomfort and was given a 24 monitor which showed PVCs, nothing to worry about.  After a couple more weeks of complete frustration, I  was given a 30 day even monitor, results was everything was fine.
Well, I have not gotten any better.  I have found out that I have hypoglycemia.  I am on the hypo diet.  Saw an Endo doctor for follow up and further testing.  He believes I have a cardiovascular problem and need further testing.  My cardio seems to feel there is nothing to be concerned with.  Please, I would like your opinion.
Thank you for your time!
