I am 51 years old male. I was reasonably active (I walked at least 60 minutes 3 times per week).
About two months ago I waked up one morning with the chest pain (at rest). I had problem to walk 50 meters (even slowly). I went to hospital and they excluded heart attack.
I had to wait almost the whole month to do exercise test and in the meantime my condition improved although I still had chest pain especially when walked fast.
I did exercise test and after 9 minutes (standard Bruce protocol) I had to finish test because of chest pain.
ECGEcg
Electrocardiogram (ecg)
Exercise stress test
Post myocardial infarction ecg wave tracings showed 1.5 mm ST depression.
After that I did coronary

Arteriogram
Cerebral angiography
Coronary angiography
Extremity arteriography
Fluorescein angiography
Left heart ventricular angiography
Lymphangiogram
Pulmonary angiography
Renal arteriography
Right heart ventriculography with the following results:
Diagonal Branch (on LAD) more than 90%

Questions:
1 - Would it be the best solution for me to put the
stentAbdomen - swollen
Brain herniation
Chronic persistent hepatitis
Coronary artery stent
Hyperemesis gravidarum
Lyme disease - chronic persistent
Stent into my blocked Diagonal Branch artery?
2 - How big risk would be if I do NOT put the stent into my blocked Diagonal Branch (ie. is it life threatening taking into account that main arteries are not blocked more than 40%)?
3 - Could be my heart muscle permanently damaged if I do NOT put the stent?
4 - Is it risky for me to exercise/walk? (Just to mention that in the last few weeks I walk about 6-7km every day, distance is not a problem, but if I walk fast I am getting chest pain)?
5 - Would it be possible that my angina improves if I do NOT put the stent (by using medications, diet, exercise)?
6 - Could be the plug rapture the cause of my sudden angina and my Diagonal Branch blockage (as I said my angina did not develop gradually)?
