Chest pain and other

Hi, Im a 19 year old male in college and I'm 5'8" and weigh 140 pounds suffering from anxiety and depression. I recently started having chest pains a couple of days ago that were severe. I went to several doctors and they all checked my heart and told me I was fine and the my blood pressure was normal, but I'm still not convinced. The pain is different. Sometimes it's dull and tingly and other times its extremely sharp as of someone was cutting a knife through me. It hurts so much that I always end up becoming anxious and think that I'm having a heart attack, but I have a healthy heart and there's no history of heart disease in my family. Aside from chest pain I also feel abdominal pain, pain on my sides, on my scalp, in my neck and shoulders and arms, numbness on my face, churning stomach, lost appetite, very increased sex drive, insomnia, fearfulness of the worst, irrational thoughts, fear of dying, and  What can I do to stop this or is this a sign of something else that's serious?
