Chest pain and shortness of breath

Hi, I'm a 15 y/o male, obese sad to say
I have been having severe chest pain for over three months and been having shortness of breaths
over the last week I felt the pain starting to gradually spread from my chest to my left arm, then to my head. My vision darkens and doubles from time to time, I feel something is draining my energy and I am always on the bed resting, I cannot walk farther than five minutes,  my chest hurts after that.

My mom gives me a bottle of l-carnitine 1 g of L-carnitine inner salt in a 10 ml oral solution, It was prescribed to her for chest pains as well. It doesn't help ease the pain

All my EKG tests and my blood chemistry tests were normal, I underwent a CT scan and an Xray scan and all came back normal.

I also have a dry cough as well, It might be that fibre board thing that I've picked up somewhere

I'm not familiar with the meds you have cited.  Does nitro med relieve your chest pains?  There is a fine line between being out physical condition and some heart disorder symptoms.

Have you had a stress test to determine if you have any coronary vessel blockage.  Do you have the CT scan report?  When you say normal, does that mean there is no soft plaque buildup and vessels are free of any plaque within the channel of the vessel?

Shortness of breath can be caused by hypoxia meaning heart cells are not receiving enough oxygen and that could be due is a condition other than the heart.  It can be respiratory or the blood itself does not have enough red blood cells, etc.

Thanks for sharing and if you have any other questions or comments you are welcome to respond.  Take care and I wish you well going forward in the New Year.
