Chest pain and shortness of breath

I am a 21 yr old female and for the past 3 months i've been getting sharp pains on my chest accompanied by shortness of breaths. at first it started with a bad cough and then my chest started hurting and then shortness of breath. for about two months it was not very frequent maybe 2-3 times a month. I would get very tired and i felt like i was going to faint. Lately the pain is just about daily and the pain starts suddenly and i hardly ever cough even though i still feel short of breath. Two years ago i was hospitalized with chest pain but it turned out to be my gallbladder and it was removed but now the symptoms are almost the same as the sharp pain of two years ago.

Can this be a heart related desease?
