Chest pain in heat - is this heart related

I've posted this question before a couple of years ago and since summer is here again, my symptoms are back. I feel chest pain whenever I'm feeling hot. If i stand outside in the sun when it's 80 degrees or warmer, my chest pain starts within 2 minutes. I've had 2 nuclear stress tests in the last 3 years and they both came back negative, as well as a stress echo done just a month ago. My question is, is chest pain in heat caused by heart disease?

Do you live in a humid climate?  High humidity coupled with high temperatures increases the stress on our bodies because it slows down evaporation. I know that in this area of Texas the temps and the humidity get so high that it takes my breath away at first.  Especially when getting in my car after it sat in the Sun any amount of time.  If your tests are normal on the cardiac issue, it can still be pulmonary in nature, or something as simple as chest wall pain.  Either way, I would continue to work with your doctor to find the cause.  Chest pain in any situation should be investigated and not ignored.Take care, Ally

stress test does not mean that the results are accurate. All my tests were great until I did cardiac catheterization test.
