Chest pain please help

Hi I have been in the WORST pain of my life! About three months ago I thought I had lung pain on right side,it hurt so bad to breath in. it came and went then it turned into sturnum pain with bone crushing painful heart burn, and when that happenens my right shoulder blade hurts, went to doc and she ruled out galbladdder,spleen and pancreas.i do have cardiomyopathy bit I have been feeling better with that and now this is happening, my whole chest aches,almost a feeling of a abcess (abscess) tooth ache in my chest, I went to er, but the pain stopped but ekg was good,blood work and xray        ,,,, were fine.i have palpataions during pain like  crazy,it will come on all the sudden, then stop,and then start all day, some days I dont have it at all. its a bone  
crushing ache. Does this sound like angina,and would the xray and ekg picked it up?         i chest ribcage shoulder

Keep getting checked out until satisfied. Make sure the heart is ruled out completely. Your EKGs and enzymes can be normal up until the very moment an infarct is occurring. I didn't stop until I was satisfied, and that persistance led to the discovery of an 80% blockage and of course I received a nice, new shiny stent. BTW, I wouldn't be considered very old. Hopefully, you're heart is fine, but don't give up until you know for sure. And a PVC can come about due to anxiety, which you're probably getting a little bit due to the pain and not knowing.

It is difficult to sort out GERD and angina.  I had chronic issues with both.  In my case, angina was a dull pressure which would increase with activity or strong emotions, and decrease when I stopped the activity, calmed down, or took nitro pills.  GERD pains were similar to what you described.
I'd ask for nitro tabs, and if/when you have the situation again, take one.  If the pain quickly goes away, you might have a heart issue.  Do be ready for a headache, however, as nitro pills always give your noggin a thump.

Thanks for your comments, I do have heart problems but this feels differant than my cardiomyopathy, it last off and on for days  like spasms or sevear cramps
,then goes away for a few days I do have a upper gi in two days so hope thats all it is, I have a high pain tolerance but this is awful, again thanks

Went to doc they said I have pretty large hital hernia,gastrias and acid reflux,not heart related this time,  not sure why im falling apart but at least its not my heart.

Please help. How did they find your blockage.?? I have had two ekg and xray and blood work and all was normal. They said I should get a holer monitor to see if that find something. My chest is hurting mild pain back hurt and sometimes its in my neck. I just was diagnosed with anxiety and depression.with panic attacks. They are not writing it off as that because I had them test done in the er without telling them about the anxiety. Oh and also had my thyroid checked. Thanks in advance.
