With Angina or most heart problems, you would notice the discomfort with exertion and the discomforts would seriously diminish or disappear when you relax, unsually within a few seconds. Obviously the more work you do, the harder your heart has to work and so any problems will usually cause a discomfort. I've had pulled muscles in my chest before
and they have lasted several weeks. I was in the building trade and so always pulling on it again and again every day, never letting it recover. It would be more painful when I relaxed, probably because it cooled down. It even hurt at times when I inhaled which made me see a GP thinking I had a lung disease.
You could see a cardiologist to give you peace of mind, but what you describe seems to be the reverse of angina or most heart problems.
If you have a blockage in your coronary artery, which is bad enough to cause discomfort at rest, the pains should increase dramatically by even walking slowly.
