Chest pain that lessens when I lean forward.

Not sure if I am in the right place. In the last month or so I get these episodes of really bad chest pains. I could be doing anything and it happens. When it does happen the pain is in my chest and radiates to my neck into my jaw. Those are the only symptoms. It usually last a good 10 maybe 15 minutes. I did however notice if I lean forward, it starts to go away. not completely the pain lessens.
Does anyone know what this could be. I am 32 pretty healthy. Let me know if you need more info

Your symptoms are consistent with myocardial ischemia, and particularly suggest pericarditis -- an inflammation of the tissue surrounding the heart. These conditions can be life-threatening and, without knowing more, should be regarded as medical emergencies. So if you haven't already, please go see a doctor immediately
