I do have a tooth that is starting to ache. Its always kinda hurt, and I had a dentist look at it three months ago, and he said it was fine. I had a root canal done on it about 10 years ago, and not the gums underneath the cap of it are bruised. I'm suppose to get it looked at when I am back in the states. It doesn't appear that any tests were done on your heart, which happens often when young people present with chest pains. I would see a cardiologist and tell him you want to rule out any heart problems. I have a friend who was young and went to the ER telling them she felt she was having a heart attack. They told her she was too young and thin to have heart problems, she suffered a major heart attack while in the waiting room.
