Chest wall pain

Posted By Derek on February 20, 1999 at 12:46:56:

Hi
I have been experiencing some short stabbing little pain in my upper chest area. The pain is always localized to one or two little spots. It seems to come on with movement and only last a few seconds. It feels like a brooze almost that starts to throb a little bit. I also notice my chest feels somewhat sore at times. This pain happens a couple times a day. No other symptoms to co-inside with this. Saw my Dr. and he said it sounds like chest wall pain. Prescribed asprin. Still have the pain though. Do you think this sounds like chest wall pain, and do you think this warrants a trip to a cardiologist? I'm 36 years old. Thanks in advance and thanks for being there.   Derek
