Dear Charles,
I was just reading about a new study that showed drinking three(3) glasses of Orange Juice has shown some HDLHdl test raising affect. But whether you should adopt this strategy depends on your health status and weight. If you have Diabetes, or are overweight; I would not try this. My husband has low HDLs, Diabetes, and weight problems and is not going to try this. Increasing your consumption of citrus fruit might be an alternative, and is what we are trying.
Sincerely,
Ginny
