Cholestrol levels came back ! EEEEEEEEEK

      First off this was to go in the Dotors Forum for Heart Diease , but since it is full I'm putting it here and hopeing that one of them see it . They were not good at all , first off I have a huge female family history of heart diease , my mother who is 60 now had to have a emergancy triple heart bypass when she was 57 . Her doctor had done a test to see if her had any blockages , she was 90% blocked and did the surgery , that day , also she has HBP , and High Cholestrol that she could never get down below 250 , as well as a history or Angina  , My uncle her brother had to have a triple bypass also at the age of 50 , my Maternal Grandmother died of an Angina attack in 1978 age unknown , her brother died at the age of 34 from the same . So you can see I have a veeeeery strong female history of Heart Diease , now me I just turned 42 and I went to my new doctor , and she ran every test in the book I guess .    

      So my test came back reading this as i'm looking at a copy of the lab reports on 7/15/2008 . My Lipid Panels were : Cholesterol , Total = 286 , Triglycerides = 199 , HDL Cholesterol = 40 , VLDL Cholesterol Cal = 40  , LDL Cholesterol Calc = 206 , now that scared me as I"m not fat , however I did gain from 95lbs to 170 on meds for Lupus, and medications for mental disorders which I know can make a person gain , but I"ve since dropped all the meds for a mental disorder , I just stuck to one and my Lupus medication and the new medication that my Dr. precribed me which is lovastion , think I spelled that right and 81mg of Asprin everyday , I've dropped  15lbs in two months , I don't know if it is the lovastion working or just the droping of the mental medications that I was on.
     Anyway to sum it up my lab work also showed that my C- Reactive Protein , Cardiac level = 13.43 of which my doctor told me that I was at a very high risk for a Heart Attack , now this is what gets me I have normal BP , I've had EKG"s and all were great as I was told , however last year in  Nov of 2007 I thought I was haveing a heart attack , at which point the medics gave me a total of 6 shots under my tongue of Nitro spray before I reached the ER , at that time the ER gave  me 3 more and set me up on all kinds of moniters , and then admitted me over night in telemertry , and then did a stress test on a treadmill , they wanted my BP to get up to 160 to see , my guess is if it stressed the heart , I couldn't get up to 160 because I can hardly run as I have artristis in my hips and pretty much every bone in my body , plus RA and Fibro of which I know some doctors do not believe is a real diease , anyway the test was negative as that's what the person that gave me the test said , as I was also on an EKG machine during the test. I do have times where I have chest pain and a tighting in my throat and shoulder pain , but each time It happens it comes as fast and goes away as fast as it came , but I'm left very tired . I do suffer from severe aniexty and all the doctors have told me that it was just an aniexty attack ,  now my mother also has severe aniexty also , and the doctors told her each time that it was a aniexty attack , that was 6 months before here bypass surgery , I hope I'm making sense , but with my having aniexty I worry alot about every chest pain , like well maybe it could be a aniexty attack or could it be a Heart Attack .  
     Since I found out all these results , i'm wondering why my doctor would not have had me see a Heart Doctor , I asked and she said that with the Cholesterol meds and asprin I should be fine . Just take it easy and don't worry your little self was what I was told , now I'm not stupid to the fact that Heart Attacks are a silent killer for woman and the number 1 killer as well .
      Please if you can given all the information I've given , family history and such what would your suggestion be , because if you tell me I need to see a Heart Doctor , I'm there like yesterday .
