Chronic Chest Congestion

Hello and thank you for reading.  I am here to find help for a strange issue I've been having for a couple of months.

It has been a reoccurring issue that every time I lay down, either to sleep/nap or to just lie down, I feel as if I become feverish.  I feel like my head is swollen, I feel flush, the back of my eyes hurt, and it becomes better (no fever) after I sit up or go walking around until I lay back down again.  I have tried chest congestion otc medicine (mucinex, tylenol, ibuprofen, antihistamines, nasal sprays, antacids of all kinds).  For the last three weeks, also, I have been sick.  First week was with a cold, the following week was a terrible sinus infection, the last week felt like another cold - fever, sinus pressure, running/congested nose, chills, muscle aches.  Then yesterday I was suffering from migraines, which I can only remember getting a couple of times in my life, ever.  For that, I was given Amoxicillin.

I am 23, 6'0", 180lbs, male, very active (5-6 days/week in the gym), I go to college, I eat healthily, I am social, take daily vitamins.  I also suffer from TMJ, which gives me chronic eye pain (good/bad days fluxes) for the last 10 years.  Also, I suffer from sometimes severe chest pains, which my doctor has explained to me as costochondritis.  No other prior serious hospitalizations, no genetic disorders.

Should I be concerned about these reoccurring fevers and, more recently, the reoccurring illnesses?
Does it have anything to do with my TMJ or costochondritis?

Also, I have tried elevating my head during sleep but I have still have the feverish problem.
