Chronic Palpitations and Cardiac Septal Anurism along with Migrain Headaches

Well I am not really sure where to start but here it is. I have been having very bad migraine headaches for a long time now. I went to the hospital for a migrain and they found heart issues when they put me on the heart monitor. I have Chronic palpitations as well as times of feeling dizzy. They also found a Cardiac Septal Anurism. Now they told me I need a TEE. However I have not been able to get this done because I have no insurance. How do i know if this Anurism can kill me? Can my headaches be caused by my heart issues? Can the hospitals really send me home and not take this issue seriously?
