Thank you for your help! I do have a few underlying heart issues...tachycardia, pvc's, psvt which was ablated. Don't know if these would contribute??

Hi, chronotropic incompetence (CI), is defined as the inability of the heart to increase its rate commensurate with increased activity or demand, and is common in patients with cardiovascular disease. So, this could indicate that there is an underlying heart disease and you may need further work up like an ECHO, to study the structural abnormalities.
