Circulation

I am a 47 year old female. Sometime..more and more frequently, my legs and arms go to sleep. What coauses this?

I cannot say. Most of the time, 'a leg falling asleep' has nothing to do with the circulation. It is usually due to pressure on the nerves of the leg from lying in an awkward position for some period of time. If your legs and arms both have this feeling for no clear reason, it could be a problem with your arterial circulation or of the nerves that supply your arms and legs. You should see your primary care doctor about this as a first step.
