Clarification of Previous Question

I asked something similar to this before, but I don't think I wrote my question very clearly. I frequently have a sensation of pressure in my chest/ shortness of breath and I'll occasionally have a small area of pulsing pain on either the right or left side of my sternum. Ibuprofen is extremely effective for the pressure/short of breath symptom and therefore I was wondering if the vasoconstrictive or anti-inflammatory effects of Ibuprofen could reduce the symptoms of a vascular malformation or if these symptoms would likely be due to something other than a vascular malformation. Thanks!
