Coagulation side effects / concerns with Plavix with vitamin K2 MK-4 variety.

My wife is a 51 year old, type 1 diabetic for the past 42 yearss since age 9. Hemoglobin A1c 6.2. Diffuse, severe microvascular disease. Open heart surgery 5 years ago, 2 vessel CABG, followed by Lipitor accelerated renal failure. Presently on hemodialysis 3 times weekly. Has endured 7 strokes and just left the hospital after her third myocardial infarction. Has had 2 stents since her open heart surgery 5 years ago with patent LAD and right coronary, nevertheless, circumflex too damaged, cannot place a stent due to size and atherosclerotic damage.
Recently her multispecialty team of physsicians insisted on adding Plavix to her baby aspirin regimen. On our own,  we started a strict vegan diet with no meat, dairy, oils of any kind. Have initiated yoga and meditation along with Qi-gong. Already on high doses of Arginine and Melatonin per suppositories given her severe gastroparesis and malabsorption syndrome, each of which we are trying to correct with the Mayan Abdominal technique. Slowly introducing EWOT (Exercise With Oxygen Therapy) as well as looking into stem cells coupled with hyperbaric oxygen therapy. I have read every article on vitamin K2, MK-4 type, including the Japanese literature at 45 mg orally per day. However, conflicting or inconclusive documentation in terms of potential side effects if used in conjunction with Plavix and/or aspirin. Any comments or recommendations to this most challenging case would be eternally appreciated.
