My friend recently done the DOPPLER STUDY the results are as stated below, He is a 40 years old otherwise normal healthy male with no other medical problems, no family history of heart disease only mother and father both suffers from Diabetes he need to know his heart condation, can anyone please tell me in details what are the diagnosis, is there any treatments available, any changes in lifestyle needed, what are the long term prognosis, and what is the life expectancy for such condations. E Velocity - 0.70m/s A Velocity - 0.66m/s
No Tricuspid Regurgitation
PLUMONARY VALVE PV peak Velocity - 0.62s/s
No Pulmonary Regurgitation
• Normal Valves
• Concentric LVH
• NO RWMA
• LVEF ~ 55 - 60%
• LVDD present
• No Clot/Vegetation/Pericardial Effusion
