Seven years ago, an echo showed "trace" MVP, otherwise

Conclusions:1. Concentric left ventricular hypertrophy,
2. 3+ MVP,
3. Normal color flow doppler.
History of CAD & recent onset of hypertension. I have always had low B/P until recently. The HTN is very well controled on medication. The MVP I'm not concerned about, as there is no reguritation. Can you comment on the "concentric left ventricle hypertrophy?" Thank you.
