Concerned!!!!

Hi,
I am a very active (play soccer & run 5k's) 28yr old female.
PRESENTLY: For the past week I had been feeling like a flutter in my chest and heaviness more to the left side. I decided to visit the doctor as I thought it was my BP acting up again. BP was 149/84 so the doc decided to send me for some tests-ECG, Blood work, etc. I did the ECG and showed: 1. Sinus Bradacadia, 2. T wave abnormality, consider anterior ischemia and 3. Abnormal ECG. Doc told me that basically my heart may be straining to do its work right now, and she sent me to do a Stress test. Today is a holiday so I will be going tomorrow. Can anyone give me an idea as to what is happening with me?

your top number is high for your blood preasure and your bottom is slightly high. 120/80 is perfect. you probably need to watch your salt intake. even if your stress test comes back fine, you should still watch the sodium levels in your food.

Could be heart palpitations, anxiety or stress.  Try cutting back on your caffeine.  Your BP sounds a little high, but that could have been from being nervous.
