Confused by answer on EKG

(Myocardial imaging reveals a small sized mildly intense anterior basal and mid-anterior defect which appears to be fixed at rest.)

1) Regarding the above - in the absence of ischemia,  Are you saying the defect shown is an error?? (2 cardiologists say I have not had a heart attack)

2)Could I have been born with this defect?

3)What problems could this defect cause in the future?

4) What specifically cauese a T wave to invert (other than heart attack or high blood pressure) I have neithor at this point.

Thank you for your thoughts and comments

Paul

1. Without actually interpreting the images and EKGs I cannot really say anything definitive. The defect on the myocardial imaging could be due to an old heart attack or could be due to the test being overly sensitive. Your doctors who know you have concluded the test was wrong and you have not had a heart attack.
2. No.
3. None, if it is due to an error in the test.
4. The list is enormous and can include additional things (that your doctors woudl have checked for) such as pericarditis, hyperventilation, and electrolyte abnormalities.
