Confused with results

I had a calcium test that showed over 1700!!!  My doctor ordered and echo, a carotid test and a nuclear stress test. I came thru these with flying colors, very good was how it was put. He decided that I should have a heart cath. I had it and there was very little blockage. He said nothing to worry about. He was pleasantly surprised as was I. What do these results tell me, if anything. I am on Lipitor, an asprin and blood pressure medicine. I also am a Type @ diabetic, fairly recently diagnoses.  I am confused with my heart tests results.

catheterization is the gold standard and that's what i would go by.  The calcium score tests aren't very useful in my opinion.
