Congenital Heart Disease

My daughter was diagnosed with congenital heart disease. She had an unroofed coronary sinus, AVSD with malaligned VSD, PDA, atrioventricular valve and PA banding.  She's 9months old and weighs only 4.5 kg.  What will be her chance if she'll undergo an operation now? Is this a rare type of congenital heart disease? What is the mortality rate for these cases? Thanks for your whatever information you can give me.
