Coreg-Cozaar & LVEF

My age is 72, am a type 2 diabetic, had bypass, had MI. Have Idiopathic pulmonary Fibrosis.
Recently had echo. My LVEF dropped from 42-50  to 32-35.
I am on Cozaar25 mg (4 per day),
Coreg 6.25 mg ( 4 per day) ,
Metformin500 mg ( 2per day),
glipizide 5 mg (7.5 mg am & 5 mg pm),
plavix 75 mg (1 per day,
aspirin 81 g (1 per day) ,
zocor20 mg ( 1 per day) , prilosec 20 mg ( 1 per day)
& high potency Multiple vitamin (1 per day).
I have SOB, weakness and gradual loss of weight.(current wt 122 lbs)
Due to pulmonary fibrosis my Oxygen saturation range is 87 to 95% (drops to 85 on exertion)
.
I need to gain weight, improve LVEF, reduce SOB .
My medications & dosage OK?
ANy further advise to improve health?
