Coronary Artery Spasm or ?

I have bi-laterial subclavian occlusion likely caused by long tem use of sudafed. I had a subclavian to bachial graft on left side which occluded after 18 months. I now have good colateral arterial flow. Recently my angiogram showed coronary artery spasm -- everything else appears clear and healthy. Blood tests good. My question is this: I have been experiencing hand and arm pain along with some weakness in legs. I also have fibromyalgia. I exercise four days a week, but exercise is increasingly difficult due to pain and weakness. Is this caused by the spasms?
