Coronary artery spasm

by candy2000, Oct 06, 2008 08:16PM
I'm a 18 yr old female and I have a family history of heart desease and I've had a lot of tests done I've had an Ecko done tilt the table test done and a lot of EKGs done and they all came back fine the EKGs did show a fast rythm but that is it nothing dangerous or life threatning and These are my symptoms chest pains in the center of my chest, pain in my neck, and sinus tachycardia that is what my cardiologist told me but I think that it could be something else that is going on with me. I've been getting this sizzling in my neck and you can actually feel it but I can't hear it or anything and it gets worse around 9:00pm every night and it feels really hot but I always check my temperature and my temperature is normal its just my neck that is really hot on the right side  and the sizzling never goes away it just gets worse more at night and I wake up with tachycardia in the middle of the night sometimes and sometimes I have tacycardia to when I wake up in the morning. I was on the beta blocker atenol to slow down my heart rate but I'm not on it anymore because my cardiologist says that my heart is healthy and that I don't need it but my chest pains are still there and I can't really describe them that well it feels like theres something heavy on my chest and it is making my chest feel sore and when I went to a wedding we were out in the cold and I started getting chest pains and like I went back inside and like 10 minutes later they went away but I had this weird like movement in my neck and chest and I'm not sure if they are coronary artery spasm or not. My cardiologist says my heart is healthy Is he missing a piece to the puzzle? Or should I get a second oppion?
