Could I have just a circulatory problem?

This my sound crazy... but I've been having chest pains off and on for almost 4 years.  I've shrugged it off mostly to possible anxiety or heartburn.  Except one really intense time about a year ago, when I went in and they did an ECG or EKG and said it was normal.
I'm only 35 and female.  Just went to a rhuematologist due to a Positive ANA test to rule out lupus.  She doesnt feel like I need any other test run... and diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia. (So I started thinking... costochondritis or something muscular.)
I've always had... very cold extremities. But it's getting worse.  Along with more frequent chest pains.  For about a month now I feel like I have a mild ...chest cold or something... like instant and brief periods of post nasal drip build up or something.  Extremely tired.  The scary thing is that today I had a headache... not that abnormal.  But I was leaning forward with my elbows on my knees reading a book... and realized my thumb looked... purple.  Figured it was from the ink from the pages.  Well it's not.  It's all of my fingertips.  Especially the thumbs and index fingers.  I donot have Raynaulds disease that I know of.  But my fingers are feeling icey cold.  The fact that it happens especiall while leaning forward... wondering if it's possible that the arteries in my arms get "crimped" and just not getting enough blood to fingers... or if that is not normal and I should be worried?
Sorry for complaining, but if anyone has any experience with this... please help me out.
Oh, for family history, my father does have  high bloop pressure, heart disease, and has an abdominal aorta anuerysm.  But that's all I know about.  And my typical vitals are good:  Temp 97.2  BP 112/66 to 116/70.. something like that....  but I'm NOT athletic.
