Could this be heart disease?

I am a 29 year old female in good shape. 5'8 and weigh 130. Does anyone know where I would take this next?

SYMPTOMS (not constant but for majority of the day)
Aching legs, shoulders, and left arm.
Tingling sensation in left arm and face
Warm sensation in legs…almost feels “numb” sometimes
Left side of neck hurts…feels kinked.
Ears sometimes ache.
Left chest, and back ache sometimes.
Body in general aches (unless moving)
Fatigued
Nauseous
I feel very “off” and not normal.

DOCTOR VISIT HISTORY
January, went to General practitioner.
Did physical examination. Determined it was musculoskeletal. Sent me for x-rays. X-rays came back fine. Referred me to neurologist for tingling sensation (never followed up with neurologist).

February, went to Cardiologist.
Did physical examination and EKG in office. All came back normal. Sent me for ECG and stress test. Did stress test to 100% with no problems. ECG came back normal. No follow up requested from Dr.

Symptoms went away until June.

Symptoms came back with headache that lasted 2 weeks at base of skull. Could feel physical bump on left side under base of skull. Along with symptoms listed above.

June, went back to General practitioner
Did physical exam. Felt bump and determined was musculoskeletal. Prescribed anti-inflammatory (Naproxen) and muscle relaxer (Skelaxin). Told me to take as needed (didn’t have to take the full bottle). Took prescriptions for 4 days, Skelaxin caused stomach cramping even when taken as directed. Urine test came back cloudy with high white blood cell count. Concluded was very dehydrated and sent off for tests to determine if infection was present. Also had me go in for blood tests. All came back normal except Vitamin D. Advised to take 1000mg of Vitamin D per day. Follow up appt. set for 7/10 where they will do a urine test again.

FAMILY HISTORY

Uncle has Type 1 diabetes.

It's a strange condition, Lindsay, with odd, almost hard-to-believe features.  I didn't really believe in it until I was unexpectedly diagnosed with it by a respectable rheumatologist.

The doctor here may still weigh in with his/her opinion of your symptoms, though

Thank you so much for your comment. I have googled fybromyalgia before. A lot of the symptoms sound very similar. I guess I just wanted to make sure it wasn't a major problem like my heart before I jumped straight to fybro. I will look further into it. Thanks again. :)

Frankly, this sounds like fibromyalgia to me.  Have you ever googled it?
