Crohn's & Syncope

How does crohn's and syncope fair with each disorder? My Daughter is scheduled for an electro physiology study, explain this procedure.

An EKG may be helpful to determine the basis for the syncopy condition.  It traces and records electrical impulses that activates the filling and contractions of heart. Of significance is the time it takes to pass an impulse and the degree of resistence (measured in volts called amplitude).  Amplitude would be of interest to evaluate heart muscle damage, enlarged heart, etc.

Of significance for syncope would be timing to determine proper rhythm, any blockage of pathways if any, etc.

I don't know the nexus of Crohn's syndrome and syncopy unless it is anxiety and stress.
