D dimer results and scared of heart problem

Hello the other day while driving my car got a pressure sensation in the heart. Like a pressure. Went to the emergency room and had am electro and it was ok. Had an xray of chest and they said i had a sort of mild bronchitis but i havent cough or have flu like symptoms. They gave me antibiotics and muscle relaxer to ser if it was muscular. Its been 6 daya and still feel kind of like pressure in heart whih sometimes comes and goes. I had blood test and everything was ok. But had a d-dimer test and results came back 0.10 and the range was <0.45. What does this result mean.

Like 3 days ago woke up and had pain inside of the legs and got in the internet and found dvt that is why had d dimer test done. But what does the result mean. I feel very fatige but all test are normal. Can anyone help?

I fully agree with is_something_wrong.
Fatigue can be caused by so many things. Perhaps your Doctor should organise a range of blood tests to see if there is anything obvious. Do you exercise much? is your diet healthy? Are you drinking plenty of fluids?

A d-dimer result of 0,1 rules out DVT with extremely high certainty.

If you had the pressure in the chest while getting an EKG, the pain is probably not cardiac related, but of course, no tests are 100% certain.

A blood test usually done together with d-dimer when the doctors are diagnosing heart conditions, is troponine, a marker for the release of enzymes from damaged heart cells. If you still have chest pain, you could ask your doctor for that test? If the troponine test is negative, EKG is normal and d-dimer is normal, cardiac causes for the chest pain is more or less ruled out.

All lung infections may cause chest pain, by the way.
