DCM/ Medication and Symptoms

I was responding well to medication for DCM my EF was up to 50% since dx in Oct.. I was taking 25 mg Coreg 2x/day and 12.5 Lisinopril /day. I've been at that dose for about 6 weeks after titrating up since November. Recently I did a lot of outside work and got really run down. It's been 10 days and my BP has been really low (84/50) and I'm dizzy, tired, light headed. Normal BP for me is in the 90s. Local cardio recommended decreasing the Lisinopril to 7.5/day which I did Fri and feel a little better. Kidney and Liver blood work is normal.  In addition to the DCM I had, on last evaluation in Nov 08 upwards of 10,000 PVCs/day and while that had decreased it's worse now again. Is that because of the low blood pressure? I can wear the Holter again to see what's going on but wondering if it'd be better to wait awhile on the new dose of medicine. I'm not due for a full reevaluation till November. Could I really have just overdone it and had this much trouble bouncing back? Since I was on the meds for 6 weeks and doing ok is this more likely an issue with my heart rather than the meds?  I also have a very thick mitral valve (with minor prolapse) which did not cause the DCM but is a second concern they are monitoring.I was just diagnosed in Oct 08 EF 20% then

IT is not likely that the PVCs are related to your blood pressure. They are related to your cardiomyopathy and with this ejection fraction and in the absence of syncope or passing out all you need are beta blockers. You were probably slightly volume depleted and had lower blood pressure, so titrating the medications down was the correct move.
