In light of your now normal TSH, your symptoms sound like classic anxiety/panic attacks.  While hypothyroidism can cause arrhythmias and other symptoms, anxiety can often manifest in the SAME symptoms.

A beta blocker will help either way.  Beta blockers also have a mild anti-anxiety effect, so this is probably an excellent course of action.

The next step would be getting to the bottom of the anxiety and getting some help from a doctor for it.  This is taking up too much of your life.  Like I once was, you are existing, not living.  You need to live, and I'm sure with time, effort and the right treatment, you will again.

Hang in there.
