After I had a blood clot to a retinal artery, a TEE showed blood clots in my heart.  I have started coumadin.  May I safely continue my usual exercises of pilates, free weights, kayaking, etc.?

Provided that you are therapeutic on the coumadin (INR 2-3) the risk for further thromboembolic events remains low while the risk for bleeding is also acceptably low. Make sure you don't engage in high risk activities, where you have a high risk for falls, because you will have a higher risk of intra cerebral hemorrhage, and possibly death.
