Dextrocardia Situs Inversus Totalis and High Blood Pressure

My father is 57 years old and has Dextrocardia Situs Inversus Totalis. He also has extremely high blood pressure that he takes medication for on a daily basis. I'm talking about 238/193 on a recent test. He is not over weight and is a very active individual and eats semi healthy. Is there a relation between the two? Can anything else be done?
