Diastolic & Systolic Failure?

Anyone have both Diastolic & Systolic heart failure? If so, how were you diagnosed and was a cause found? What treatments are you on? What has helped?

Please only post if you DO have both - I am really interested in what other patients who have both have gone through.

Has anyone been diagnosed with sarcoidosis or amyloidosis? I think I remember a few months back someone posted about cardiac sarcoidosis. Did you have both diastolic & systolic failure?

I just want to talk to someone who has been through this compare notes etc and see what it took to get a dx for you and treatments available.
