Diastolic dysfunction vs EPS ablation

-Due to an incessant supraventricular arrhythmias,my Mom(79years old.)had EPS and ablation on january10,2011.
-Since then she always feel breathless and fatigue
-Kindly note that the Brain Natriuretic Peptide tests variation are the following:

...231     on march 4,2011
...441     on april 6,2011
the ceiling value is 125 PG/ML
-An Echocardiography Echo-Doppler was done on April 8,2011 according the recommendation of her physician.
-the conclusion of the Echocardiography is mainly about:
1-Diastolic Disfunction grade:2
2-Aortic valve calcified
3-Elevated pulmonary pressure(40mmHg)
-note that she is carrier of pulse generator (VDDR type)since December,2009
-my QUESTIONS are the following:
1-the Ablation intervention could cause a Diastolic Dysfunction? or no?
2-if the answer is affirmative: to which rate or percentage the outcomes of    such intervention are recoverable?
3-if the answer is negative: kindly, provide me the useful medication or therapy for the aim of improving her situation
-note the follwing:
her systolic pressure varies from 11 to14
2-her diastolic pressure varies from 6 to 9
