Disorder or environment either way harmful?

I can feel vibrations from my surroundings air condtioning, water heater not sure what source in apartment is. I can feel these vibrations in my feet and in my chest to the point of losing sleep at night because of the discomfort it is causing me. what in the world is causing this and will it eventually lead to a heart attack?

You should check with the apt. manager and see if they'll send someone to your bldg. to check it out. The maintenance person may need to fine tune the HVAC system.

As for your heart, you could check in with your doctor and see if you have an arrhythmia going on that bothering you. A simple ECG would be a start. Some folks with arrhythmias say they feel a vibration in their chest. Never heard of it in their feet though. I still think your apt. building needs to be checked.
