Dizzy/facial pressure

Hello everyone. Not sure if I'm posting this in the right group or not, but someone in another forum suggested possible heart issues, and that I should post my symptoms here. So, here goes:  a 34 yr old female. Since Dec of 2013, I have constant, daily dizziness, facial pressure and throbbing across nose and behind my eyes, and frequent headaches. I've seen my GP, a balance and dizziness therapist, audiologist, ENT, and neurologist. I've had a CT scan of my sinuses which showed a deviated septum with bone spur, and an MRI of my brain, which was normal except for white matter patches that showed up with contrast. In April 2014, I had sinus surgery, which did nothing to help my symptoms. My most recent appt was with the neurologist, who felt the white patches on my MRI were normal, probably caused by past migraines (I've only had 3 or 4 "classic" migraines in the past). He doesn't know what I have, but suggested migraines with the dizziness and facial pressure being a phenomenon of such. I've been put on Nortryptiline, which hasn't helped in the month I've been on it. Bottom line: all doctors agree I have something going on, they just don't know what.
As far as heart history, nothing extraordinary. I do have a past history of a racing heart beat (regularly going well over 100 bpm) and a "jumping" or "skipping" heart rhythm. I had a 24 hr holter monitor placed, an echo, and and EKG (all of these tests were several years ago). No exact cause was found for the symptoms, but I was put on a beta-blocker for about a year, which seemed to even everything out, at which time I was taken off the medication.
My dizziness and constant facial pressure and "heavy head" feeling are ruining my life. I don't know what to do anymore, or who to turn to for help in the medical field. Has anyone else suffered from this who would have some advice as to where I can go next with medical help?

I have a hard time thinking it's anxiety, because my symptoms are non-stop, never ending. I wake up in the morning with them, and they're there all day until I go to bed. It may not be heart related, so I apologize if I posted in the wrong forum. I was just going on the suggestion of another member.
