Dobutamine

My 69-year old mom who has had CHF for 8 years, now must take dobutamine treatments once a  week as an outpatient.  She also is on several drugs, such as vasotec, lanoxin, lasix, coumadine, etc.
She is not a candidate for a hear transplant, but do you know of any experimental drugs she could be taking?  Can she take COQ10?  
She's at the stage, where she can walk only about 200 steps a day, and is very weak.  She basically has zero energy.
She lives in Columbus, Ohio.
Any help would be appreciated.
