Does anyone get shooting pains in heart

I get shooting pains in heart. Get like 3 to 4 shooting pains in heart. They are very painful, they stop me what I´m doing. I gotten all the test, the 24 hour holster and the Electro and the Stress and the bloos pressure test all of them and all are ok. What could this be. I get them and they pass and then I feel kinda weird without any strength and then after a while I feel ok. Could this be stress or something else cause all my tests are ok.

I get occasional shooting pains in my chest when I breath in and always have done. When I was a kid I thought I was having a heart attack but now I think it's just intercostal muscle cramp.

I get these two occasionally i heard it was like little air bubbles in the vessels but it could very well be muscle cramps but yea it takes the wind out of me !
