Does this suggest a heart attck

I am an overweight 42 year old with LDL under 100, tri under 130 and HDL at 40. I have lost 35 pounds excercising with about 60 more to go. I started running about a month ago and currently going to gym 5-6 days a week with 6 days cardion and three days weight training. On the treadmill I normally do 10 min warmup and then 30 sec running and 30 sec walking for 20 minutes then a 5 minute cool down.
On Thursday I was about 26 minutes into my cardio when it felt like someone hit me with a broom stick across my mid back. It caused my breating to gasp twice. I then noticed pain in my center right portion of my back. I continued for about a minute and then stopped my workout early. The pain became positional (meaning I could excacerbate or relieve the pain by getting in certain positions). It was like this all day and then the next day everything was fine.
Heart? Or just maybe nerve pinched?
I take metoprolol, pravastatin, nexium, zetia, and one baby aspirin per day.

Well, I can only say that when I had my MI, I could not find a single comfortable position to relieve it. Breathing fast, breathing slow, laying down, standing up, curling up, kneeling down, the pain was intense no matter what I did and lasted for about 20 mins then completely disappeared.
