Dr wants 3rd ablation

I am a 28 year old female, 5'2", and 115 pound. i am a very small frame and according to my cardologist have a very small heart. My heart rate was between 150-180. i had/have sever chest pain some time i use full use of my left arm and cant walk from one end of my house to the other without being winded. I got checked and I had SVT and started on meds and they didnt help but for about 1 week. So then they went in and ablated my sinus node. In turn that gave me complete innaproporiate sinus tayc and an atrial flutter but did lower my heart rate to about 140. The dr talked me into a 2nd ablation. This time he was more aggressive and ablated quite a bit.  He advised me that the cause of the problem was right where the nerve that goes to my diaphram is and he had to ablate around it because it would paralize my diaphram. It has been since Nov 22 and everything is back with a vengence. My heart rate is averaging 115. The Dr. wants to go in a third time. I am scared, Yes it is lowering my heart rate but i want the pain and fatigue to go away. if have to live with the high rate i will but i dont know how much of this pain and fatigue i can take. I dont want to go through the ablation again. Dr. says he has done about 6 people 3 times but only 1 person has had 4 ablations and she ended up with half a paralized diaphram and she was average size not small like me and her heart was normal size. HELP i dont know what to do? Is there anything else that can be done? I just sit and cry because i dont think there is any thing that i can do to help with the pain and fatigue, dr is only worried about rate. If i do this a 3rd time will it make the pain and fatigue worse just as the others did? Someone please help.....i am 28 and waiting to get this straight before we think about children but i dont want to be 40 before everything becomes under control to start having children.

I wish I could answer for you, but I don’t have experience myself with ablation. I never needed one. But I would not have even if I was needed. Often doctors talk to people in to it as it happened to you also.
So I don’t know, how much you really need it or not….but if you feel  strongly about the no, I would tell him NO.
What can help you maybe should go to another doctor and tell your story start with that you refused another suggestion a new ablation, the second doctor can be more helpful because you haven’t rejected his suggestion but you did that to doctor number one.
This is how I discover the best dentist. :)
