Drop in diastolic blood pressure during exercise

I had a thallium stress test yesterday.  I was very nervous before the test started and my resting blood pressure was 148/98.  When my blood pressure was taken during the exercise (heart rate up to 180), it was 180/73.  What do you make of my diastolic blood pressure going down?
