ECG Question

ECG Question

I had an ECP performed following a number of other tests [bloodwork, etc] prescribed by my doctor after my complaints of constant fatigue and a large unexplainable weight gain over the past few months.  Initial tests turned out fairly well [except for out-of-normal-range blood counts --- MCV , MCH, and MCHC low and RBCs elevated].  ECG was done, and although doctor said everything looks "decent" --- with no real clue as to what is causing my symptoms --- I am concerned after getting home and reading some of the results.

Conclusions that have caught my attention include:
The aortic valve leaflets are mildly thickened; appears trileaflet.
Trace mitral insufficiency.
Trace tricuspid and pulmonic insufficiency.
Mild impairment in left ventricular relaxation.

I did a bit of internet "googling" on the topics, and am now concerned since I saw some of these conclusions (along with lightheadedness, which I started getting this past week) linked to endocarditis.

I am aware that internet research [i.e. "analysis paralysis", as I call it] can lead every person to believe they only a have a week to live, and I don't want to read into it too much, but nevertheless do have concerns.

Any thoughts?

How old are you? Have you ever been told that you have a heart murmer? Have you ever had a cardiac inflamatory process (Pericardiis, Endocaditis something like that?) The heart valves (bicuspid, tricuspid, aortic, and pulmonic valves) can develop what they call vegitation from an inflamatory process thus they do not open and close excatlly like they were design. So then you get a little black flow of blood which causes the mumers. The results of your physical exam, your blood work, and EKG all together gives a better picture of your cardiac health than a single test. Have a heart to heart (no pun intented) with your doctor.
The lightheadedness itself could be from a drop in you B/P from getting up to quick, if you are passing out you need to see your doctor again soon, but otherwise wait until your next appointment and discuess this new symptom with him or her andTry not to worry. :-)
