ECG Results

Hello,

Due to mild chest pains (not frequent though) I was asked to go through Stress Test as well as ECG. My reports just came back yesterday and the intrepretation for ECG is as follows:

"The left ventricular was normal in size. There was overall Grade I systolic function. Normal diastolic filling.
The right ventricle was dilated (PSLAX = 36 mm) with normal function.
The aortic valve was trileaflet  and normal but no regurgitation. The ascending aorta was dilated (40 mm)"

My doctor did say it is a mild dilatation but not sure what does that mean and do I have to see cardiologist for that?

Lately, I have started to feel heaviness in left upper arm and sometimes in fingers as well but not numbness. I feel pain in mid-chest and specially either after meals or if I am bending to pick-up something from floor. Based on this, do you recommend I should visit cardiologist or not.

Thanks,
