ECG findings - worried

Hi, I'm new here I just had an ECG done and it say left axis deviation, is this serious in worried sick. I'm female 29 years and have recently had palpitations. Has anyone else had this on there ECG was it serious?

Welcome to the forum.  An EKG finding requires further evidence to support a diangnosis.
There are a number possibilitied that can be successfully treated. Or it may be a normal variant. Possible causes (not a complete list):

High diaphragm that may have a bearing on the heart's position.
Left Atrial hypertrophy would be some enlargement of the upper left chamber.
Left Bundle Branch Block that could cause some irregular heartbeats.
Hyperkalemia would indicate an imbalance of electrolytes.
Right ventricular ectopic rhythms would be skipped beats.

Worst case scenarios, and the conditions can be treated.  Often palpitations are not considered dangerous and many people continue for a lifetime with the discomfort without any serious consequences.  But your doctor will rule out and do a differential diagnosis for your palpitations.
